I agreed a set price of 33eur for shellac removal and application and was asked if I could be marked me as a no-show to avoid paying the treatwell commission - to which I refused. After the shellac application, I was charged 40eur because I was a new customer and actually the 33eur was only for old customers. As I didn't let her mark me as a no-show I was charged the higher price. Overall a disappointing experience, salon was quite dirty and the staff member was rude - wouldn't recommend
