The manicure was very disappointing and the end result didn't look great. I asked for a simple manicure with clear nail polish, so it wasn't anything special/technical. The nail therapist didn't even soak my cuticles, so she hurt me when trying to push them back and cut them and the tools didn't look clean. In hindsight I should have walked out to be honest. Once the treatment was done the therapist asked me whether she could mark me as 'no show' so she didn't have to pay fees to treatwell.
