The worst shellac manicure I’ve ever had. Salon seemed to have overbooked- so it was 20 mins after my app time when I was seated. Used a very old file on my nails. Completely rushed the manicure which meant nails weren’t dry between applications- three nails have a thick coat of uneven shellac. They told me to return some other day at the end of my appointment as the girl knew that the shellac was terrible.

The nail file that very used on my nails was old and the technician buffed my nails too much so much so one of them bled. I found it very painful and asked if could use another nail file which she did. Unfortunately will not be returning.

I feel bad but I don't know if this place should be doing brows. The wax was really strange it took a lot to get it off my brows. There was no strip it was just pulling the wax off my skin. My brows look like distant cousins not twins. I feel terrible leaving a bad review as it seems like a nice place for your nails maybe? It was my last chance giving treatwell a go. I am really unhappy with the app
