Had to wait 15 mins while they finished someone else’s nails. Told them I was in a rush and still had to wait, even though the appointment was only supposed to take max 15 mins. I ended up being there for over 30!The lady was nice but struggled to remove my shellac and it was quite uncomfortable. I ended up being late for work. Will not be going back

Application of shellac is good but removal method is very harsh and left my nails feeling sore like someone had hit them with a hammer !
