Nothing personal against the technician, but my review is about the skills, not about the person who seemed lovely and polite.
Electric filing (removal) was done too deeply, tools were used too roughly. It was painful a couple of times and it shouldn't be. More time taken to soak nails would prevent it. I was under impression that she was in a hurry to finish.
Other than that atmosphere was good, work was done very fast.

Everyone was really nice, unfortunately I payed (asked to pay in advance) for a Brazilian wax and only got a Hollywood and by the time they noticed my order it was too late as I had to run to another appointment- I had to run because my appointment here got rescheduled 2.5 hours earlier than planned, but I do understand these things happen, and they were nice

Nice and pleasant experience, great job done on my nails- no chipping, theyve lasted several weeks and I have been to the salon numerous times before. My shellac here was better than the one I had at 5th Avenue :)
