Went in with a really bad stress related tension headache. Had a brilliant Indian head massage and when I came out it was gone and I felt great relief. My therapist consulted with me first and ended up giving me some shoulder massage also which turns out was badly needed. Will definitely be back, esp as I didn’t realise they had a loyalty programme making it even better value.

The floatation & massage were really good and just the pick me up I needed on rainy bank holiday Monday!

First time floating, definitely need time to get used to it. The room is very humid and warm so after a shower not very comfy to get in your clothes again. The spaces are a bit small. Quality of therapists on the other hand is very high!
