Another person's finger nail was on the seat I was about to sit in for my treatment. Therapist did not offer to remove it, apologise and did appear in any way surprised by the nail being there. Just took it from me and binned it.

They don't accept card, you have to bring cash but the job on my nails was very good, Tina did a great job. I recommend her!
