Absolutely disgusted with my hair, it was nothing like I wanted and unfortunately had to say it was okay at the end as I was so shocked. Bleached it way too much, had to go to another hairdresser across the road and get it fixed and the girl was distraught for me looking at my hair at how severely damaged it was, how uneven it was and different shades of blonde, told me it was ‘ice blonde’ at the end when I came in with dark brown hair. Really disappointed
