I think you should be given the book of colours before your treatment starts, I felt very rushed and when i was trying to pick my colour there was a lot of huffing and puffing which made me feel uncomfortable. I'd prefer to go to the other lady that usually does my nails

Everyone was nice in the salon. However, quality of the gel was worst I've ever had. Looked really nice at first but after a few days started to crack everywhere peal into horrible layers. When I went back to a different salon to get it removed the girl wasn't sure the base layer was going to come off (it didn't seem like just a normal gel polish).
