On two occasions I was charged extra with out being told at the start of the service. This is a bit of a let down as all the prices are different when booking online. Other than that I had a good experience staff very friendly

I booked for Yana but she wasn’t in which they didn’t tell me until I was at the hair salon. When I arrived for my wash cut blow dry I was waiting for 20 minutes as there was only two people working. I really liked my hair cut from the man working there but I was in a hurry so the 20 minutes waiting time at the start was awful.

Water was cold I had to say it three times before it was fixed then I was left at the sink mid shampoo while a call was taken for about five minutes and no one seemed to notice that I was left at the sink, the salon was cold, then I was asked to sit in a wet chair which I refused and then it was dried, I won't be going back again,
