I went to the Healing Haven earlier in the year for a Reiki treatment. I had been stressed out with work and studying and felt drained. During the treatment I had the most relaxing experience and could feel the healing as it was taking place. I left the beautiful cabin feeling so light and refreshed it was amazing. I would highly recommend the Healing Haven and really look forward to my next session.

I went to Catherine for Reiki as I have been so busy with work and looking after a two year old so needed some me time to relax and recharge. I left the healing room feeling so much lighter and will definitely be returning for another reiki session.

I recently had a wonderful Reiki session with Catherine. My body was tired and my energy low. As I melted into the healing hands of Reiki, I could feel my chakras open as heat flowed through my body. After the session I left feeling lighter and balanced. I would recommend Reiki with Catherine, as she truly is a gifted healer.
