Staff weren't ready when I arrived on time for my appt. Started drying my hair without asking what way I wanted it, so I told her. It was quite frizzy when finished, not smooth and polished like it usually is after a blow dry. Lady put lots of serum on her hand so I told her only to put it on the ends and not to do the roots... First place she did is my fringe!!! Head was a ball of grease them so had to go home and use dry shampoo to soak out up, and then use a tongs to smooth out the frizzy curls. Basically, there was no benefit to getting my hair done as I had to do it myself after anyway.

Got the 24 week blow dry done, I'm really delighted I got it done as for I have really fuzzy and curly hair and a lot of hair. It was a nightmare for me to blow dry, but now it's so easy and quick to dry!
