I was very upsetwith the condition of my face&hair following hair colour appointment.I had red dye all over my forehead &temples & neck.my scalp had terrible build up of dye. My hair was limp&dry.Red stains all over my sheets, tshirts & everywhere in the bathroom.I waited 3 days,no improvement,so I returned to the salon to complain.The staff were really horrible to me.They refused to accept any responsibility. Worst of all they were nasty & became quite personal. Awful experience.
