the lady tgst did my colour was very nice. the coliur itsself did not tyrn out well. I still had grey hair. I couldnt even tell my hair was cut. i asked fir my hair to be blown straight but then they used curly brushes. i asked them nit ti use the curlt brushes but they insisted. the result was i had a hair style that was dated and made me look old. The basin was so uncomfortable my neck was killing me.
