Room was cold despite heater on and cold verging on damp towels place on top of me. Massage itself was good and warm oil used but experience ruined by cold towels and room

I felt the masseuse wasn’t particularly trained with hot stones and was a bit rough in her approach (accidentally hitting my face once or twice). It was also incredibly noisy as the masseuse was messing around with the stones in a slow cooker full of water. Should have opted for a normal massage in hindsight
