Facial is not a facial. It is a double face wash with a very vigorous scrub. Left my face bright red and sore, despite not having sensitive skin! Book with caution! I wish I had believed the other reviews - and expensive and painful face wash.

I had booked for Indian head massage but unfortunately it just consisted of my head being scratched for half an hour, therapist was not trained in Indian head massage from the experience I received, my hair was matted after it. The other treatments were ok but not the experience I have received on previous visits.
