Nice treatments and lovely facial massage. Staff were calming and polite. Products seemed nice and the place was nicely decorated. I also got a hand massage as part of the Dermalogica Facial. The only feedback for improvement is that I like to know what the facial will contain - it is nice to know at each stage what the product is, and also at the end they left a mask on for 10-15 minutes. I find it useful when they tell me that they are leaving the room and will leave me to rest for 15 minutes - that way I will properly rest, not feel I am anticipating their return. This is just a small thing which helps the treatment to be relaxing, and take away 'the element of the unknown'. Meanwhile another reason why the products would be good to run through beforehand is in case you want to state any allergies etc.

Booked on sunday for same day appointment. The masseuse was very pleasant and made me feel relaxed. This is my 2nd time here for massage and ive been to several others in dublin and paid twice the price but this is by far the best ive had. Will be back again.

Lovely experience, booked quite last minute and they were able to accommodate me. Therapist was lovely and the massage itself was great. Would definitely visit again

The massage was good, but they were running late, and I was charged for a full hour massage but only received a half hour massage. Really disappointed, and I had already paid through the APP so was not able to change the amount I was charged.
