Been coming to Himalayan for many yrs. However, this time left me a bit disappointed. Good thing, rooms super clean & warm. Room behind check-in is distracting with chatter outside. My therapist listened, not too hard & husband got a very deep tissue massage (his request). However, it felt like they were rushing. There's a difference in deep tissue & really finding knots, but going slower. Also, started 10 mins late, but quit @the hr.

I actually got hurt after getting my massage so I wouldn’t go back. I’m not sure what happened but I’m now injured and need to get Physio therapy.
