The lobby area left a lot to be desired - it was pretty run down, and there were workmen which was awkward (it's clearly being renovated which is fine, but it should have been noted that this was the case, and it doesn't look like the photos). The massage itself was fantastic. I'm slightly disappointed that it started more than 5 mins late but finished on the hour.
