I emailed treatwell to ask change from a deep tissue to full body but no response. On arriving I explained that I wanted to change and as they were the same duration and same price thought no issue but there was slight confusion and I was told I had to book again, Once I explained a few times more that all I wanted was a relaxing massage and not a deep tissue one it was fine. Massage was good and plenty relaxed after. Staff member was good at her job and polite once it begun.
