Worried about this. I made a mistake on the date I booked. They told me it could be moved and they’d ring me back to rebook and didn’t. When I rang to check in they lied and said I had answered when they called (I spoke to staff twice on the phone) then tried to say I could only have the appointment rescheduled if I paid an extra 30 (I’d already paid >100 upfront). It was absolutely my mistake but the whole thing just feels dodgy
