I booked a back massage at the recommendation of a friend as I’d been having some trouble after working at home for a few weeks.
The therapist was very welcoming and professionals and asked if there were any areas I wanted to focus on. After an initial exam, the following 45 mins flew by as she got to work in what was a really relaxing environment. By the end I felt so relaxed but also about 2 inches taller from the release of tension in my back muscles
