Unfortunately, it did not meet the high standards I expected. I was surprised by how painless the entire session was, which is unusual for me as I typically find microneedling quite intense, often to the point of tears. This lack of sensation made me question the effectiveness of the treatment. Additionally, the session felt quite short and unremarkable. There was nothing particularly special about it. Not recommended.

I've been very pleased with my hair removal sessions. Each time I'm greeted with kindness and sympathy. The sessions help to keep my hair under control and Michele is always very professional and explains the procedure before starting. Highly recommended.

Alana was very friendly and professional. She explained all the procedure first and only then started. It takes 5-10 sessions to get rid of the hair, it depends on everyone’s body. Highly recommended
