A bit reluctant at first, due to being my first experience with hair coloring in Dublin but can't stress this enough, it was absolutely amazing!! It was my second time getting a Hollywood wax, but my first time with Louise, and she was absolutely lovely from beginning to end. She talked me through the process and kept me distracted from the pain which made the whole experience so much more bearable. It actually wasn’t as painful as I experienced the first time.
I was nervous going in, but Louise was so sweet, friendly and welcoming that she made me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend her and will be back.
