My hair dresser was very kind and advised on haircuts based on my type of hair. Also she gave me some tips how to get more volume and what products are better for my type of hair. Great value

Booked an appointment for 2.00pm and arrived at around 1.55pm. Let the girl know i had arrived and that I had an appointment for 2.00pm and sat down to wait. After 20 minutes, I stood up and told her that I had to go, as the appointment was for 2,00pm and I was still waiting to be seen. She told me she would just be another 15 minutes so I walked out. So annoyed, If i was told upon arrival that they were running behind schedule I wouldn't have minded as much but they completely ignored me until I was about to walk out. I will not be back.
