I booked at 5pm, nobody welcomed me when I arrived, 5min later the lady told me that it will be my turn soon. I asked again at 5:30 and she told me that I had to wait for 30min... Its a shame treadwell insists on cancellation policy but it should also insists on punctuality for its supplier. On the top of that there is nothing organic in this shop only chemicals brands despite its name. First and last time on treatwell.

Andrea was very patient and gentle, took the time to discuss what I liked to have and had good advices. I am pleased with the result and would recommend her as a hairdresser highly. All staff had been really kind too. The place is a little small, and not the fanciest, but at the end it is really good value.

Very nice staff and a great haircut. Made an appointment for wash and cut but when I arrived they told me there was a boiler problem but I still got a haircut. Very nice, gave me a voucher because of the inconvenience.
