She holds a VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy and a VTCT Skills Level 3 Award in Education and Training, with additional training in Thailand, the UK, and Ireland. Specialising in massage, facial and foot reflexology, stretching, and lymphatic drainage, she combines technical expertise with a personalised, holistic approach. I specialise in Deep Tissue, Sports and Relaxation Massage, Myofascial Release, Dry Needling, and Cupping Therapy. I combine technical knowledge with personalised care, tailoring each session to help relieve muscle tension, improve mobility, and promote relaxation in a comfortable, welcoming environment.
