Janine was so welcoming and professional. She asked about the level of pressure I wanted for the message and responded beautifully - firm but gentle. Signage for the venue isn't that easy to follow - the treatment rooms are on the 4th floor but I mistakenly thought there was a Reception area on the 3rd floor. Other than that I would highly recommend Janine for neck, shoulder and back massage
