The city centre location is ideal for a lunch time massage. A day out shopping this will restore your more than coffee and cake, in my case I work locally and stand alot, this was an ideal way to remember to give one fifth of our day back to ourselves for self care (that is just one hour in every 24 hr!) My therapist is both a physiotherapist and a physical therapist so the ultimate in therapy, medicine and relaxation
