I am a regular customer and unfortunately one of my big toes I was cut/nicked when my cuticles were being done yesterday - she apologised straight away but it is actually quite sore today I have a plaster on it. Also I had to remind her to remove the excess of the red regular polish that I had on my toes prior to my pedicure as my skin was left stained after she had used nail polish remover
