My first time in Ivy and I was in for refill but unfortunately my Biab was removed totally first, and in the process, my nails were filed down way too thin. I had been strengthening them for months and now they are so bad - paper thin and bendy, even with 2x coats BIAB. Once I mentioned it the tech tried her best to add in more layers and strengthen them but the damage has been done. Also filed too roughly and left cuts around my nail beds. It will take my nails months to get back to normal
