I was a regular customer until today. I had BIAB made 3 days ago and this morning my nail broke. Last time I also broke one nail, but after a week so I paid extra for the repair no problems. However, I think that 3 days is too short time for a nail to break due my fault, so I said the same to the receptionist over the phone. He told me to come in the evening and it would be fixed. Unfortunately there were rude and charged me for someone else’s mistake.
