It is a wee bit annoying when staff chat amongst themselves while giving treatments in their native language. Working should be an opportunity to practise and so improve their English. My working life (now a retiree)involved teaching English to non native workers and I feel you should be encouraging your staff to address this learning…..maybe give them a session twice a week at the end of the working day on the premises
