I go to ivy nails regularly. The staff are friendly, efficient and skilled. The venue is clean.
My last visit was fine but they didn't have 4 of the shades I chose from their colour board. It was disappointing.
The most recent visit the shallac was mostly good but one nail was applied too thickly and although the technician attempted to fix it, without discussing it, it was clear she didn't want to start the nail again. Its chipped and cracked now. Its minor but affects the experience
