I booked for 11, shellac on and off, arrived a little early. Started 10.45 But then in the space of time to remove my shellac, 3 different people worked on me and it still wasn't removed. The second girl left the cotton wool on my fingers and went to work on a different person. However my fingers started to burn and I removed all the clips and cotton myself. Nobody even noticed me doing this. At 11.17 a new girl came. I asked for topcoat and left. Manager offered €5 for next visit. I paid €33!
