It’s my second time here and I’m left disappointed this time around – not because of Hannah but because of the unexpected extra charge for nail art. My previous experience, I paid €2 per nail art which was more detailed and this time I was charged €3 for a simpler design. The manager explained that the nail art starts FROM €2 which I understand however, my disappoints stems from the inconsistency of the charges. My sisters go to Ivy too and said that they only get charged €2 per nail art.
