Everything was great but I wasn't sure about the cleanliness. It would be good if the tools would be cleaned after every customer. Maybe they do clean them but to me it seemed like they don't. But I'm not sure...
I was very happy with Hannah's work. She was very friendly and polite. I'm also happy with my nails. The nail polish was applied perfectly! And the manicure and pedicure were done just the way I like it. Thank you, Hannah!

It was my first time attending Ivy this week. The shop was spotless, the staff were very nice and very skilled at their jobs. My overall experience from start to finish was brilliant! I will be back from now on for my nails. I highly recommend it to everyone!
