I have had treatments here before and have been really happy but this time I booked on the app it was confirmed ,I arrived at the premises and it was closed I waited (in the rain outside for 10 mins ) just in case someone had been delayed but left as place was in darkness !! Very annoyed and frustrated as a phone call to let me know they were not open would have been a courtesy

I was slightly apprehensive because acupressure was new to me but it was kindly and thoroughly explained throughout the treatment. Felt much lighter afterwards!
