Experience: poor. House is very cold and would not recommend. Disappointed with Jacqui's "customer service". For example, when the wax burned my skin, her response was "this wax is 10 degrees lower than other wax". Then later, in an effort to upsell an eyebrow treatment she told me "you sure you don't want an eyebrow wax? Your eyebrows could use some cleaning up". This is despite already saying I didn't want the service. Eyelash lift only worked on my left eyelashes. Right eyelashes not lifted.

Jaquis salon was a really lovely experience for a wax - she is very professional and experienced and the venue was very relaxing.i would recommend!
