500 words is not enough to explain the terrible experience I had here, I was 20 minutes late after running from O’Connell st to grafton street the wrong end and then back again to my appt. Whoever greeted my told me I was too late and I could have either a wax or lamination not both
, as my first time I asked what a lamination included and was told one or the other, nasty, aggressive, rude, basically wanted me to disappear, I couldn’t take any more and jumped up and left, she called me crazy!
