I booked BIAB removal + Shellac. Removal was fine, but the nail tech kept questioning if I wanted shellac as my nails were “too thin” in their words. In the end, two staff members raised their voices at me and blocked my path, holding the card machine to my face as if I was refusing to pay the extra 20% (because shellac didn’t get done) which I never refused. I paid immediately, but was treated horribly due to their miscommunication. It felt hostile, embarrassing, and left me shocked.

I had an excellent Spa Pedicure which included the removal of dead/hard skin from my feet. I was really pleased and it is great value as well
