The salon is closed down. I had an appointment for Tuesday and they called me to inform me that their staff was unavailable and to move the appointment to Saturday. Come Saturday I go to their salon and I find that it is closed! I have emailed to try get a refund but no reply and no help from Treatwell either! Poor service from the salon and the app.

Be ware this salon has closed down. if you think you've got an appointment - you don't. They haven't sent out cancellations or anything. The store will just be closed when you get there.
