Very disappointed. This is my second appointment with this salon, where they have changed the time. My plans disrupted. Stuck with earlier appointment that did not suit. And then started 10 minutes late. Although cuticle work was not included in what I booked, I realised that for pedicure it was needed. Refused to add the two minutes it would have taken. I was rudely told it doesn't matter that they started 10 minutes late. Well it mattered to me. Pedicure smudged. Very poor service.
