I was nearly stood up for my appointment but Tanny managed to rearrange a later time on the same day. She said she has been having issues with her Treatwell account and hasn't got any confirmed bookings since late July. So you'd better contact her directly if you want to see her. As for the massage, it really did the trick.Tanny knows that she is talking about and explained why I was in such a bad state. It was like an enduring test but it was worth it.

I prepaid €70 for a massage and I was turned away at the door and told that Tanny had someone else scheduled for that time. I have yet to receive a refund for this service that I did not get. Very unprofessional

After arriving at the salon in time for my massage I was told that they won’t be able to do it and I should ask for a refund. I’m happy to adjust my rating if the refund comes promptly but I haven’t heard from either the saloon nor Treatwell yet.
