Last time I had my nails done by Bella and it was a very good experience. This time the service wasn't with her, it was with another girl. The nail preparation wasn't good, the gel application left something to be desired as it wasn't completely on the nail, the nail polish application wasn't good, I have hairs stuck to the polish and some nails are rough.
