I was so disappointed with my dry haircut. The hairdresser did not fully understand what I want and even if I told him that it was already too short, he continued cutting my hair. This was the shortest hair I have ever had and I am very unhappy.

The salon is not very clean. I didn’t get offered something to drink. The hair dresser was ignorant and was not interested in what I want he was rushing through. The balayage technique used is not hand painted it’s just throwing bleach on the plate. Overall result is not professional and not made with love and detail. Darker dye should not touch bleached parts when rinsing it out! Two points because of the lady who translated for the hairdresser.
