Very disappointing experience. The spa pedicure was advertised as 1 hour 15 minutes but lasted only about 45 minutes. The therapist appeared poorly trained and I repeatedly had to point out areas that were missed. Hygiene standards were unclear and I did not see evidence of proper sterilisation. Equipment was old and worn. The water was cold, the massage chair did not work properly, and communication was difficult as I had to use G.Translate. The service did not match the Treatwell description
