I had an appointment booked and received both a confirmation email and a reminder 24h before the scheduled time. However, when I arrived, I was (very) surprised to be informed by a hairdresser that the nail salon was closed. This was conveyed in a less-than-friendly manner, suggesting I wasn't the first client they were telling this to. And not closed, outside of business hours closed. Closed down, completely. Why keep your booking system open if you’re no longer in business? Very disappointed.
