Very good experience with Sofia! She's really caring; she shared her valuable advice, as I had some doubts on what I wanted to do on my hair. The balayage has been very well executed, very shiny!
All the people in the salon are by the way very smily and nice with everyone - you can feel very good during the treatment.
I do recommend! :)

I asked for a balayage but got highlights instead. I was fully blonde before and wanted to be dark at the roots and then keep my lighter blonde on the ends. Now I ended up with brown hair that has small highlights
