Disappointed with my experience.
I asked for subtle, natural highlights and got a full head way too light. No blow-dry preference asked, water offered but never given. Left waiting while a walk-in was served, so my colour overdeveloped. When I raised concerns, I was told to “trust the process.” Four hours and hundreds of euros later, I left unhappy and ignored.
